The House of the Rocks is one of the state’s most popular attractions.
The landmark property on the north-east coast is one property owner’s dream, and he’s hoping to turn it into a house for the community.
The property owner, who has not been named, is calling it his dream home, and says it could be worth millions.
“I think it would be worth hundreds of millions of dollars, if it ever gets built,” he said.
“It’s a great opportunity for the town and the town will be able to be proud of the house.”
Mr Caulfield has been working on the project for over a year, and hopes to complete it by the end of the year.
“This is a great idea,” he says.
“The house itself is really well worth the money, I mean the house is really beautiful, and the view from the front is incredible.”
Mr Fink is confident the project will succeed.
“We’re definitely a big fan of the property,” he added.
“When I see the house, it’s one of those things that I know I can get behind.”
