LINX, Idaho — The owners of a Linx-owned real estate development in the town of Linx, Idaho are looking to make a major splash with a new luxury condominium project.
The developer is seeking to sell the development to Linx’s city of Linz, a city in the eastern United States that was formerly part of Idaho.
Linx Mayor Jim Schmitt says the project will create 10,000 jobs.
A few weeks ago, the Linx City Council unanimously approved a plan to create a community park, park and recreation facility.
And now, the city of the Linz that once was known as the Black Mountains City is looking to put its stamp on the development.
“We really want to get it out to the community, because we want to see how the city is going to feel about it, how it’s going to be viewed by the residents,” said Mayor Jim.
In an effort to create some new life for Linx residents, the developer is working with a group of Linzi families, including the wife of Lin Zhan, to develop the project.
