So, if you want a house that you can afford, you need to look at a neighborhood map.
You need to make sure that the number of listings in your zip code is comparable with the number available in the area.

“We can’t just go and buy a house right now,” said Stephanie McCarty, owner and managing broker of McCarty & Co. in Dallas.
